Disposable Devices and Cartridges & Devices
'Disposable Devices' and 'Cartridges and Devices' do not have a warranty because they are consumables.
Disposables all have estimated puffs that the disposable can provide, unfortunately we cannot refund any disposables that don’t actually provide the estimated puffs because the puff counts depend on how each individual uses the disposable.
The Buyer must inspect and test all disposables immediately upon receipt and shall notify the us within TWO working days from delivery via email (sales@disposableking.co.za), our WhatsApp or our Contact Us page if the disposable is defective.
If a disposable is defective, the Buyer will have to provide us video evidence of the defective disposable showing the fault and an explanation of the fault. The buyer will also need to send us a picture of the batch and/or serial number from the box of the faulty disposable. We will investigate the video evidence and handle the issue accordingly. If we conclude that the disposable is defective, we will replace it with the same disposable unless we don't have any more stock of that item. If we don't have any stock of that disposable, we will contact you to choose an alternative disposable.
