Shipping Policy

1. PRICING
   All orders that have a value above R1,000.00 will get free shipping. Orders below R1,000.00 will have the following shipping prices based on Province:

   
   

   Eastern Cape: R90.00

   Free State: R90.00

   Gauteng: R85.00

   KwaZulu-Natal: R90.00

   Limpopo: R90.00

   Mpumalanga: R90.00

   North West: R90.00

   Northern Cape: R100.00

   Western Cape: R90.00

2. COURIER COLLECTION
   All orders placed before 13h00 will be booked with the courier on the same day for collection. Orders placed after 13h00 will be booked with the courier for collection first thing the next morning.
   
   

3. DELIVERY
   Delivery times depend on your delivery address. Major city (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town) centers will typically be delivered within 1-3 days from collection. For outlying areas (e.g., Kimberley, Piet Retief, Paarl), the typical delivery time will be within 3-5 days from collection.

5. SHIPPING INSURANCE
   If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact us so we can organize the option. Shipping insurance will cost you 2% of the orders value, that you will have to EFT to us.
   
   

6. ORDER COLLECTION

Order collection is available by selecting the ‘Collection’ shipping option on the checkout page. Wait for email notification of order being 'Ready for Collection' before collecting your order.
