How to make Cannoli Cartel Freebase:
- Each Cannoli Cartel longfill bottle contains 30ml of the flavouring in the 120ml bottle.
- Choose your choice of a nicotine shot from the 'Nicotine Shot' options.
- Open both the Cannoli Cartel 120ml longfill, Nicotine Shot 10ml and VG 80ml.
- Add the Nicotine Shot 10ml contents into the Cannoli Cartel longfill bottle.
- Now add the VG 80ml contents into the Cannoli Cartel longfill bottle.
